2. Reservation of rental
You can make a reservation by phone at +420 603 401 770, by e-mail at email@example.com or by using the reservation form. When booking, you can arrange the time and place of pick-up.
3. Handover of the vehicle
When the vehicle is handed over, the rental contract and the handover protocol are drawn up and we will inform you about the operation of the vehicle and its condition. The entire process from handshake to your trip takes about 15 minutes.

You will pay for the rental on the spot when you pick up the vehicle by credit card at our portable payment terminals.
Can I go outside CZ?
Yes, you can drive the vehicle outside the Czech Republic. The lessor writes the required countries into the contract.
What is the deposit amount?
The deposit depends on the selected vehicle category and from 10000 CZK to 20000 CZK.
How is the car insured?
The vehicles have compulsory and accident insurance. Only in the case of damage caused by the client, the client is obliged to pay the lessor the accident co-payment.
What to do in case of failure?
In this case, you can contact us anytime at our Infoline 24/7 and we will start to solve the situation with you immediately. Depending on the nature of the situation, we will either deliver a replacement vehicle or provide you with an immediate repair.
